Managing creativity

Dates : 6, 7, 8, 16 and  17 august 2023

Change is an intrinsic part of our society, and we're seeing it right now with the explosion in digital technology, the development of new places to create and work (FabLabs, third places, coworking) and new ways of thinking (crowdsourcing, design thinking, hackathons). These are all phenomena that require us to think differently, to think outside the box, to constantly reinvent things. This requires organisations to manage creativity. The aim of the course is to look at how companies can stimulate, develop, store and manage creative ideas to support organisational change.

Managing innovation through design thinking

Dates : 4, 5, 6, 12 and 13 september  2023

Although more and more companies have been using design thinking as an innovation management method since the 2000s, many are still reluctant to take the plunge, thinking that it is reserved for designers and insiders. The aim of this course is, firstly, to introduce learners to this original method and, secondly, to enable them to master certain tools (empathy, personae, interviews, the usage wheel, user journey mapping, etc.). Learners will be put into project mode to develop a product or service. During the first three sessions, they will have to develop their idea for a product or service. They will then have to turn it into a model to be presented during the last two sessions. The aim is then to get them to initiate design thinking workshops with their staff, customers, partners, etc., so that they can come up with a new product or service to develop within their own organisation.
