Равносметка обучение : КОУЧИНГ УМЕНИЯ ЗА ЛИДЕРИ с WeCoach.Team

On March 20th, CCI France-Bulgarie in partnership with our member WeCoach.Team had the pleasure of conducting online the third edition of the demo training "Coaching Skills for Leaders,"  for chamber members.

During the session Tatiana Krumova and Tatiana Hristova, ICF-certified professional coaches and founders of WeCoach.Team, along with CCIFB member participants explored:

✅ What coaching is and how it differs from other approaches
✅ How and when to apply the coaching mindset—including as a leadership style
✅ Active listening as a key coaching skill
✅ The coaching wheel as a practical tool.

Participants also had the chance to engage in real coaching conversations and put their skills into practice.
