EY: "New Skills" of the Human Resources Development Program 2021-2027

Purpose: Increasing the adequacy and skills of employees, according to the current needs of the business, leads to an increase in labor productivity, creating conditions for sustainable employment and providing better jobs.

Eligible candidates

All natural persons and legal entities and their associations, registered under the Commercial Act or equivalent within the meaning of the legislation of a member state of the EU Economic Area, who apply for a grant by submitting a project proposal.

Eligible activities

Optional activities:

• Provision of training for acquiring or improving professional qualifications /not higher than 3rd professional degree/, tailored to the individual characteristics of the person and the specifics of the workplace. Training is allowed only in professions and specialties included in the List of professions for professional education and training, approved by the Minister of Education and Science. Vocational training can only be conducted by vocational training organizations licensed by the National agency for professional education and trainings.
• Specific trainings related to the workplace, incl. for the acquisition of specific digital skills, training for management personnel to upgrade business skills, aimed incl. to the circular economy and the green transition, the introduction of low-carbon, resource-efficient and waste-free processes and technologies, etc.
• Trainings for the acquisition of soft skills (within the key competence Multilingual Competence, Mathematical Competence and STEM Competence, Personal Competence, Social Competence and Learning Competence and Entrepreneurial Competence).

Eligible costs

• Personnel costs of trainers.
• Operating costs such as materials, consumables, certificates, etc.
• Administrative costs, rents, overheads.
